1. General:
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all of our offers, order confirmations, deliveries and agreements. Any other terms and conditions shall be binding only if we acknowledge them to be binding in express and written terms. Our offers and quotations are subject to change. Orders are deemed as having been accepted when confirmed by us in writing. Any agreement with our agents, orally or in written form, shall require our express written confirmation. The agreement or contract remains binding despite the invalidity or ineffectiveness of individual terms which do not affect the effectiveness of the other terms. If the purchaser does not immediately within one week object to a confirmation note received, it is considered to be an implicit agreement of the conditions described herein.
