Our machines are characterized by a robust construction, high weight and precision.
This allows to use the machines universally.

CNC machines of the PA- and AA series are ideal for milling and engraving in aluminium, brass, copper, plastic, wood and much more.

The PA-Series is built on a modular system, thus we can offer a large selection of portal CNC milling machines, with up to X = 2700 mm, Y = 1500 mm and  Z = 450 mm traverse.

The PA and AA-Series are not constructed as profile construction, or cast construction and are not welded but consist of components, made from solid aluminium and bolted together
The robust construction guarantees, rigid structure without vibrates.

The guides for the Y- and Z-axles (in case of the AA-Series the X-axle too) are manufactured in one clamping in big milling machines, thus an absolute parallelism of the guides is realized.
As the guide rolls are mounted no wear will occur at the guides and no clamping of the axes.

The guides at the X-Axis in case of the PA-Series are linear guides of the company Hiwin and for reinforcing of the main carrier plate two massive stiffening profiles are used.

Drive (PA- and AA-Series) is made on all axes by ball screws Ø16 x 5 mm (Slope), thus a clearance free (<0,01 mm) wear free and low friction drive is ensured.

The standard Stepping motors (PA- and AA-Series) on all axles have a holding torque of 1,9 Nm and a phase current of 4,2 A. With these powerful stepping motors traversing speeds of up to 7 m/min can be achieved with a stepping increment of 0,003125 mm.
On request even stronger stepping and Servo drives can be used.

The Transmission (PA- and AA-Series) of stepping motor on ball threaded spindle (BTS) is provided by a short pre-stressed tooth belt with steel mesh. With the tooth belt a clearance free and cushioned power transmission with a very long service life (more than 10.000 operating hours without readjustment) between stepping motor and BTS is ensured.

The Stepping increments (PA- and AA-Series) are by default with ball screws Ø16 mm x 5 mm and 1/8 Micro step = 0,003125 mm/step. Optionally a stepping increment can be adjusted finer without great effort (no additional costs) because the control can be adjusted 1/2 to 1/128 Micro steps in 15 Steps.
On request of the customer ball screws with other slopes can be built in (Slope: 2,5 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm). With bigger spindle pitches traversing speeds of more than 10 m/min can be achieved.

Control Electronics/ Control Unit (PA- and AA-Series)
The Control Electronics is a deposited in a compact aluminium case (100 x 200 x 400 mm).

  - in 15 Micro Stepp increments adjustable via DIP-Switch from 1/2 up to 1/128 Micro Stepp (by default adjusted 1/8 Micro step)
  - Engine current is adjustable via  DIP-Switch from 1,4 A to 5,6 A per Phase (by default adjusted 4,2 A)
  - more than 300 kHz clock frequency
  - automatic current reduction 50% of the set motor current at standstill (can be switched off)
  - quiet engine run and low heating of the motor and power amplifier by patented technology

Bei den PA- und AA-CNC Maschinen sind alle Achsen mit Referenzschalter/ Endschalter versehen, mit einer Schaltgenauigkeit von +/- 0,01 mm.

The machines are designed with no restrictions for the 3D and 4D for 2D, 2.5D axis machining.  The PA and AA, CNC machines can be used in the following applications without restrictions and with great success:
